Every machine deployed in an Axiforge production cell is designed and built by the Engineering division — custom mechanical structures, proprietary drive systems, and integrated control interfaces. No catalogue components, no third-party arms. Each machine is engineered to the exact geometry, material, and throughput requirements of its production environment.

Furniture Production Line

The first Autonomous Factory production cell — a fully custom furniture manufacturing line designed, built, and commissioned by Axiforge Engineering. Custom conveyor architecture, proprietary drive modules, and integrated sensor mounting points co-designed with the Systems division. The machine runs without human operators on the production floor.

Co-engineered Hardware

The mechanical design of this line was developed in parallel with the neural control system — sensor positions, actuator geometries, and timing constraints are part of the machine specification, not afterthoughts. The result is a production cell where hardware and AI are a single integrated system from the first CAD sketch.

Steel Construction

A custom steel construction production cell currently operational — bespoke welding and forming machinery designed to the specific material properties and geometric tolerances of structural steel components. Integrated quality control stations co-developed with the Systems division.
