Concept-to-commissioning delivery of a bespoke automated packaging line for a food industry client.
Overview
Designed and built a bespoke automated packaging line for a food manufacturer. The system integrated product conveying, portion control, filling, and sealing stations. All food-contact surfaces in 316L stainless steel. Scope covered mechanical design, PLC programming, electrical integration, and on-site commissioning.
